No shortcuts.

We roast one origin at a time and pull a house blend built for milk. The list is short on purpose — three drinks we're willing to stake the room on. Ground to order, brewed by the cup, and poured with the kind of warmth worth waiting for.

Origin Rotating single origin, currently a washed Ethiopian Guji.
Espresso House blend — Brazil & Colombia, pulled 1:2.
Milk Whole, skim, oat, or almond — steamed to microfoam.

Every drink below is a callable tool for in-browser agents — Valentin is one storefront in Treefrog, an interoperable city of WebMCP-native sites. Order by hand or hand it to an agent; it's a demo café, so nothing's really brewed.

A clean, unadorned cup: our single-origin house roast, ground to order and brewed one cup at a time. No milk, no sugar, nothing to hide behind.
